Mechanical species is the project of Dahni Strauss, from sweden.The name derives from the idea that we are turning into a mechanical species in the sense of our view of reality, walk straight in the line and dont question. Mechanical Species musical journey began at young ages with playing piano but the real spark began 2009 when he began producing psytrance. The music is inspired from both the new modern synthesis wizards aswell as the old classic composers.
Developing it's authentic sound and having passed through different levels in exploration of music production techniques, Kala is now a synonym of pure groovy dancefloor psychedelica fully present in the debut album 'Cosmic Caravan' and the latest EP on native Forestdelic records.
