Dear friends, colleagues, party people!
This is a special invitation for you all, as we are celebrating the birthdays of Viktoria Rebeka & Miss Sunshine, the anniversary of their project QOMT and the fact that wednesday is a holiday in Slovenia! ŽIVELI!
The music concept of our night is made of two styles of electronic music.
-----TECH HOUSE SECTION---
First there is our groovy deep tech house section, supported by the best and most fresh talent Slovenia has to offer at the moment!
You can expect Ljubljanas uprising maestros EVANO & VID VAI. Their releases on labels like Colours, SCR & Apparel are supported and played by Valentino Kanzyani, Marko Nastić, Ray Okpara, Jimpster, Estroe, Ryan Crosson and many others.
This section is also supported by MINT, co.owner of Kinetic Netlabel, who has been following the scene for more than a decade; and an aspiring fresh new talent from the oldest city in Slovenia, ROkkO!
-----MINIMAL TECHNO SECTION----
The Second part of the night is reserved for deep, dark, groovy and techy minimalistic sounds, leading by our birthday ladies, Miss Sunshine & Viktoria Rebeka, who celebrate their unionship and anniversary of QOMT project, as their paths crossed in April 2009. That encounter resulted in joint touring across Europe and beyond, playing with JPLS (M_NUS) while touring Colombia!
MISS SUNSHINE is a deity of techno that commands attention while performing. DJing from 1997. She is releasing on labels like Monocline, Lazerslut, Der Hut, FVF, Eminor, Schoene Musik, Flat Belly..., constantly appearing on Beatport minimal top seller charts! Artists like Tim Xavier, Miro Pajic, Billy Johnston, Patrick Bateman, Zhao, Re:Axis, Laurent Garnier, Alexi Delano... play, support and chart her work.
VIKTORIA REBEKA performed in an impressive number of 18 countries, on 3 continents. She has had some great releases on labels like Fourth Kind, Papstec and Mare, and is preparing new releases for Cirque du Minimaliste and Moleskine Music. She was selected as Sonic Artist by Burnstudios, which launched in Ibiza at the International Music Summit 2010 and is supported by Richie Hawtin.
The ladies are accompanied by fellow colleagues:
VLADIMIR ERDBER, the godfather of the minimal scene in Belgrade, who is in Slovenia for the first time, releasing music for Minitonetoys.
VOLSTER from Osijek, who is an uprising talent in the industry, releasing for Monocline & Fach and gaining much respect from fellow artists.
Home support comes from SLIDER, who has made some great co.production with BlazV, gaining big chart success on Beatport (21st place) for their track Minus released on Papstec.
