Luca Mreux was artistically born in 1987 following the hardcore punk movement. He made his first steps in music working in a punk club in Trieste (Fashion Club) and later in the 1989 at the Euforia Club gaining attention and becoming known as a Techno Dj. In 1991 he decided to inprint his sound with the deep house records and he wided his image of 'very researched dj'. He ended up at the Capannina in TRIESTE where he worked for several years and in 1994 he opened his a record shop Time To Music. In the meanwhile he started producing and promoting his first records of electronic house to several different labels.
In 1997 Luca got called to work in one of the most relevant italian distribution Zero Gravity; this launched his rise to the top! He started playing in the most important italian and foreigner clubs getting tagged as a 'Techno Minimal DJ'; his dark tribal sound brought him to play in the highest level clubs and he gained the fame of 'one of the most innovative' minimal tech house Dj. He played at the Love Parade and after that he decided to start his career in records productions opening also his own studio and creating the Bad Lab records!
After different collaborations he met Expanded Music where he started making music with his famous mate Fabrice.
The two have already produced 2 eps, Fabrice & Mreux present The Sexxxy Room 'Sexxxy' and The New Boozy Beats 'Shake It & Burn It' which were very well received by the djs. Out now they've a very exclusive track called 'Funk-O-Delik' due to be released on Mantra Smiles.
