TRANSMISSION – THE FIFTH EDITION WILL TAKE PLACE ON 8TH NOVEMBER IN THE O2 ARENA PRAGUE.
On Saturday 8th November 2008, the Prague O2 ARENA will host the fifth episode of the TRANSMISSION trance event, which has become enormously popular with fans from the Czech Republic and also from regular visitors from neighbouring countries, whose number approached ten thousand at last year’s event, during the three years of its existence. This year TRANSMISSION is returning to the O2 Arena and will again present the most famous world DJ stars, some of which will appear live and for the first time in the Czech Republic. The same as last year, TRANSMISSION will present a completely new visual theme, the same as a unique scene and spectacular show.
One of the headliners will be the undoubtedly popular DJ and producer Ferry Corsten. This fellow Dutchman does not have to be introduced at length. He has appeared only twice in the Czech Republic for the time being, in both cases the public welcomed him with enormous enthusiasm. His third appearance at TRANSMISSION promises excellent entertainment and an honest portion of the best dance music.
One of the most popular DJs on our planet, Markus Schulz, will appear in the Czech Republic for the second and last time this year. It was TRANSMISSION, that introduced Marcus to the Czech fans for the first time, and since then his popularity has continued to grow. This American DJ and Producer of German origin has established a strong position in the world DJ elite within a short period. This is proven by his current 13th position in the DJ MAG Top 100 poll. Marcus is producing the official anthem for this TRANSMISSION edition.
Elite trance DJs and producers such as Giuseppe Ottaviani , Rank 1, Aly & Fila, and our own home talent Michal Poliak, will also appear at the fifth sequel of TRANSMISSION. The Dutch VJ´s Vision Impossible, who also create projections for the world largest dance events such as Sensation or Qlimax, will traditionally take care of the video projections.
We can look forward to a party full of excellent music and dancing, unique production full of various effects and chiefly an unrepeatable atmosphere that makes TRANSMISSION into an unforgettable night.
Tickets to TRANSMISSION are on sale in the Sazka Ticket network (www.sazkaticket.cz), and their price will gradually rise to the final 1090 CZK.
