V Soboto 30. Avgusta v prenovljenem Clubu Impulz odpiramo novo sezono eventov. Ta sezona nam bo ponudila sreèanje z moderno klubsko sceno, katere v Mariboru zelo primanjkuje. Zato smo se odloèili da v Vam prièaramo nepozabne zabave kakršne poznamo iz svetovnih prestolnic zabave. V goste bomo povabili uveljavljene goste iz tujine, kakor tudi priznane slovenske dj-e, kateri se bodo trudili narediti najboljšo zabavo v mestu.

Russell has been DJ’ing since 2001 after covering many miles attending many nights listening to DJ’s such as Tall Paul, Seb Fontaine and Sasha.

Following years of playing trance at various nights across the UK such as club heavyweights Godskitchen & Passion Russell was fortunate to appear alongside the worlds current 1 DJ Armin Van Buuren.

In 2004 Russell’s style evolved to more of a house sound, a move which suited him and has seen him appear at nights including “The Gallery” @ Turnmills, The Honey Club in Brighton and appear on the same billing with legends such as Erick Morillo and many of the current crop of “Nu-Breed” DJ’s such as Mark Knight & Funkagenda. Russell has proven he is more than able to pick the right track for exactly the right time.

Apart from gracing the decks at many a night on British shores Russell has since gone on to leave his mark on the European scene with gigs in the Ukraine, Poland & Sweden, the next 12 months will see him clock up more air miles with trips to Morocco, France, Egypt and more in the offing.

It’s not just the DJ’ing that has seen Russell earn acclaim but also his productions, in just under a year his tracks and remixes have found their way on to the playlists and charts of the worlds finest that include Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Deep Dish, Steve Lawler and Hernan Cattaneo.

The tracks won’t be stopping there though, expect to see much more original material and collaborations with Andy Duguid (Black Hole), Paul Thomas (Godskitchen / Toolroom) & Jozef Mihalik (Whoop! Digital) in the near future.
