  She starts turning her tables in small smoky clubs featuring a deep, Detroit sound with a soulful tone. As a resident dj at Naima, she’s the soul behind the “couleur café” gig, an explosive black groove mix between old and new funk. But her passion for House and electronic sounds leads her to star in some of the most important Italian and Slovenian festivals and clubs, such as Ambasada Gavioli (Izola), Zoo – Usine (Geneva), Electroblog, MilanoFilmFestival and the Creativity Festival in Florence, to name but a few. Nanou stood out in many an occasion for her highly sophisticated style, which turns the dancefloor on with a deep melodic tone (maybe the result of 10 years of classical piano studies…) that does not necessarily push on bpm or rough sounds. But Nanou’s also got what it takes to be straight and harsh when it’s needed!She also shares her console with dj Dibla, member of the Electrosacher collective, in a 4-turntable project called “Azazel&Nanou”, born to give free room to performances that cannot just be content with the classical one-console standard. Dj from the extreme North-East of Italy, he began to spin the records in the half of the 90's. Gorizia's Pieffe Club seen his first public gig during the famous "Strictly House" Fridays. He played at various noticeable events such Jeko Bay's Full Moon Party (Rivalunga, Italy) and in some of the most important clubs and events around Slovenia (Ambasda Gavioli, SubSub, Space Night, Spectrum), Austria (Nite Flight, Blue Wave), Croatia (Fun Academy, Midnight, Extravaganza, Eurovision, Battle of Djs, Rabac Summer Festival) and Bosnia (Sarajevo's Central Cafè). In year 2000 he create his first studio production called "Ecletic e.p." issued by No Label Records and followed by many other projects such The Deep Brothers (SoundsGood/Universal), Paolo Barbato vs. Nick Tonut (G Rec.) and the recent N.C.L. (Zero8 Music)
