Since is launch in May 2006 the South-East European Music Event (SeeMe) has positioned itself as the main event in the region for industry professionals and music fans alike to join together, exchange ideas and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
The 'Balkan's equivalent of the Miami Winter Music Conference or Sonar' (DJ Mag), SeeMe 3 will take place from 5th – 7th June 2008 at the Historic Central Military Club in the heart of Sofia. For 3 days and nights the city will open its doors for DJs, producers, club promoters, label managers, industry professionals and the numerous fans of the electronic music scene. SeeMe already attracts a host of international music industry professionals and showcases the regions hottest new dj’s and producers and this years event will not disappoint and will have even more exciting parties, fruitful panel discussions and opportunities for networking.
This years event promises to be bigger and better, having already attracted some of the best local and international artists including; Killa Kella, Pendulum, Satoshi Tomiie, James Zabiela, Lee Buridge, M.A.N.D.Y, Lottie, Misstress Barbara, Fergie, Laidback Luke and Barbara Tucker. Line up for 2008 will be announced soon.
WHAT HAPPENED AT SEEME 2007:
Last year SeeMe attracted 360 industry professionals from the surrounding regions and many new business partnerships were cemented. Each year SeeMe creates more opportunities for music industry professionals throughout South Eastern Europe and showcases the regions hottest new dj’s and producers.
With more than 30 industry professionals from Europe and USA contributing to panels at the conference, SeeMe gave budding new talent the opportunity to learn and gain advice on how they could progress with their careers and business ideas.
